Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were incredibly nice and modern, comparable to top US hotel chains. The service in Maracaibo was exceptional, with a truly friendly and helpful staff. The location made me feel like I was in a luxurious South Beach hotel, safe and easily accessible to attractions. The dining experience inside the restaurant was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options.
The hotel rooms lived up to the hype after the renovation, showcasing cleanliness and stylish decor. While falling slightly short of a 4-star standard, they still provide a nice stay overall. The service was generally pleasant, although there were instances of unfriendliness, especially when enforcing cash-only payments in US dollars for food. The location offers a relaxing and upscale ambiance, reminiscent of a posh South Beach hotel, with beautiful surroundings and good bar service. The dining experience was exceptional, despite occasional rudeness from staff when addressing payment protocols. Overall, the facilities are top-notch, with a couple of minor drawbacks.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were really nice and modern, comparable to top-tier Marriott or Hyatt hotels in the US. However, the only downside was the see-through shower without curtains, which was a bit unconventional for some. The atmosphere could get lively with late-night parties near the rooms, which might not suit everyone's preference.
The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated, with quite big rooms. However, the positioning of the room lights made it difficult to see at night. The service in Maracaibo was pleasant and first-class, although we were surprised to be told to pay for food in US DOLLARS CASH. The location is comfortable and great for reaching different places of interest in the city, but we didn't receive an explanation from the manager for an issue we reported. The dining experience was out of this world with many choices of meats, fruits, and breads, although the included buffet breakfast was average. The facilities were excellent overall.
Even though the rooms didn't quite meet the 4-star hotel standards due to frequent noisy parties that lasted all night, they were surprisingly clean and beautifully decorated. The service was decent but slightly unfriendly at times, especially when it came to payment methods. The location was lovely, making me feel like I was at a posh South Beach hotel, and it was also safe for leisurely walks. The dining experience was pleasant overall, although there were some rude interactions. Facilities were adequate but didn't stand out as exceptional.
